- INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE - PLEASE USE THE SIZING GUIDE - Connect the straps to make a loose fitting figure 8 and slip your arms through the loops as if putting on a backpack. Position the crossover point at the middle of your upper back, just below the shoulder blades. Tighten the straps until they feel snug, gently pulling your shoulders back without restricting movement. Secure the straps. Begin by wearing the corrector for short periods, gradually increasing the duration as your posture improves.
