Amarillo® is a ultra-high myrcene content hop, which creates a big orange citrus flavor. It is used as mainly a flavor and aroma hop with orange, grapefruit, melon, and peach notes. This acidic hop is perfect choice for for ESB’s, India Pale Ales, and Wheat beers.
